Covenant
God made an everlasting covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He has not forgotten His people or abandoned His promises.
GNFI stands with Israel and calls the nations to do the same — recognising God’s enduring purposes for the Jewish people, the Land and Jerusalem, and responding with truth, courage and practical support.
We stand with Israel because the Bible reveals God’s enduring covenant with the Jewish people, His purposes for the Land and Jerusalem, and His plan of redemption through Yeshua the Messiah.
God made an everlasting covenant with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He has not forgotten His people or abandoned His promises.
The prophets repeatedly foretold the return of the Jewish people to their homeland and the restoration of Israel.
Israel’s story ultimately points to Yeshua and to the fulfilment of God’s redemptive purposes for Israel and the nations.
We affirm the biblical covenant and Israel’s historic connection to the Land of Israel.
We stand for Jerusalem — the historic, spiritual and national centre of the Jewish people.
We stand against antisemitism and for the security, dignity and flourishing of Jewish people worldwide.
We call Christians, governments and institutions to engage with Israel in truth, justice and mutual respect.
We partner with trusted ministries and experts to present the full case for Israel from Scripture, history, international law and practical solidarity.

Connecting cities, communities and civic leaders through meaningful Sister City relationships.
Good News for Israel has developed a Sister City strategy designed to build carefully matched civic relationships between communities around the world and municipalities in Israel.
A detailed Australia–Israel study provides the initial working model. It demonstrates how cities can be matched around genuine areas of compatibility such as geography, economic activity, industries, community priorities and opportunities for practical cooperation.
These relationships can create enduring opportunities in business, education, agriculture, technology, tourism, emergency services and cultural exchange. At a time of rising antisemitism, genuine civic friendship with Israeli communities also provides a constructive response rooted in relationship rather than rhetoric.
Identify cities and municipalities with genuine areas of common interest, including geography, industries, economic activity and community priorities.
Facilitate appropriate introductions between civic leaders and municipalities, working with trusted contacts in Israel to help establish meaningful dialogue.
Encourage enduring relationships through economic, educational, cultural and community exchange rather than one-off symbolic gestures.
Sister City relationships can be built around genuine areas of civic, economic and geographic compatibility. The examples below illustrate the model and should not be understood as formal municipal proposals.
The Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia and Netanya in Israel have been Sister Cities since 1987. Both are growing coastal communities with strong tourism economies and shared opportunities in sustainable tourism, urban planning, innovation and community cooperation.
Existing relationships such as this demonstrate what is possible when communities build lasting civic friendships with Israel.
Good News for Israel welcomes enquiries from authorised municipal representatives and civic leaders interested in exploring an appropriate Sister City relationship. Where appropriate, we can assist with background research and facilitate introductions through trusted contacts in Israel. This initiative is intended for municipal representatives and civic leaders rather than general public campaigning.
